Once you have all of your materials, you can begin building the bed frame. Start by cutting the 8-foot 2x4s into four 4-foot lengths and four 2-foot lengths. Next, cut the 3-foot 2x4s into two 1-foot lengths and two 2-foot lengths. Finally, cut the 1-foot 2x4s into two 6-inch lengths.

Now that you have all of your pieces cut, you can begin assembling the bed frame. Start by attaching the 4-foot 2x4s to the 3-foot 2x4s using wood glue and screws. Make sure that the 4-foot 2x4s are flush with the ends of the 3-foot 2x4s.

Next, attach the 2-foot 2x4s to the 4-foot 2x4s using wood glue and screws. Make sure that the 2-foot 2x4s are centered on the 4-foot 2x4s.

Now, attach the 6-inch 2x4s to the ends of the 2-foot 2x4s using wood glue and screws. Make sure that the 6-inch 2x4s are flush with the ends of the 2-foot 2x4s.

Finally, attach the sheet of plywood to the top of the bed frame using wood glue and nails. Make sure that the plywood is flush with the edges of the bed frame.
