- 4 cedar or redwood boards, each 4 feet long and 1 inch thick
- 12 screws, 2 inches long

- 4 hinges
- A piece of clear plastic or glass, cut to fit the top of the frame
Instructions:
- Cut the 2-foot boards in half to create 8 legs for the frame.
- Attach the legs to the 4-foot boards using 2-inch screws. Make sure the legs are evenly spaced and flush with the bottom of the boards.
- Attach the remaining 2-foot boards to the top of the frame using 1-inch screws. These boards will form the sides of the frame.
- Attach the hinges to the back of the frame and the lid. Make sure the hinges are evenly spaced and flush with the edge of the frame and lid.
- Cover the top of the frame with the clear plastic or glass. You can use a staple gun or tacks to secure the plastic or glass.
Tips:
- You can paint or stain the frame to protect it from the elements.
- You can use a fan or vent to circulate air inside the frame.
- You can place the frame on a bed of straw or leaves to insulate it.
