Use wood screws and wood glue for strength. 3. Assemble the end rails: - Repeat step 2, but with the remaining two 8-foot 2x6 lumber and the 6-foot 2x4 lumber. 4. Connect the side and end rails: - Stand the side rails upright and attach the end rails to them using the 6-foot 2x4 lumber. Place the 2x4 lumber flush with the top edges of the side rails and secure with wood screws. 5. Reinforce the frame: - Cut two 2x4 lumber at 54 inches long and attach them diagonally across the inside corners of the bed frame for added strength. 6. Sand and finish: - Sand any rough edges on the bed frame. - Apply wood finish, paint, or stain as desired to protect and enhance the appearance of the bed frame. 7.
